how long will it take for my item to arrive?
after the seller ships the item, it will usually take around 2-5 days to arrive at the warehouse. i try to ship in batches for lower shipping fees, so once everything in that batch has arrived at the warehouse, it will be shipped out as soon as there is a shipment to malaysia. from there, the estimated arrival time will be around 3-4 weeks.
how much is the estimated amount for international shipping?
for pcs, ccs and smaller items in general, usually rm5-rm10. for albums, usually rm15-rm25. for anything larger such as seasons greetings, around rm30-rm40.
how much will local postage be?
rm8 for wm, rm12 for em. however if your item is very big or very heavy it may cost more.
how long will it take for you to ship the items?
usually i will try to ship out within 2-4 days, but sometimes due to busy schedules i may not be able to do that so i ask for your understanding! if i have not shipped your item out within the week, feel free to dm me!
how do i make payment?
as of now i only accept bank transfer or shopeepay, but occasionally i do make exceptions (if you are unable to make bank transfer, dm me and we can work something out!). when you dm me regarding a purchase i will send you the details.

generally, if you’ve already pre-ordered the albums elsewhere and you do not want too many albums lying around you can consider the non-shipback option ^^

approximately how long will it take to arrive?
production of the support goods usually takes around 1-3 months but can sometimes go up to 4-6 months. it will then take some time for the bar to sort and post out the goods. when it arrives at the cn warehouse, it will take around 3-5 weeks to arrive in my.
